This Privacy Policy explains how Rozgaro (“Rozgaro”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile apps, and services
(the “Service”).

6. Payments & subscriptions
Premium purchases may be processed via:
Paysera (web card payments / e-banking) and/or
Apple/Google in-app subscriptions (when purchased in the app).
We receive payment confirmation and subscription status, but we do not store full card details.
Billing info: you may receive invoices/receipts from the payment provider/app store.
Refunds: web payments follow our Refund Policy tab; app store purchases are handled by Apple/Google policies.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data
unless retention is required by law (e.g., accounting records).
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS),
and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or
request portability of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Rozgaro is not intended for children under 13.
If local law requires a higher age threshold, that higher threshold applies.
If we learn we collected data from a child without required consent, we will delete it.
These Terms govern your use of Rozgaro (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service,
you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for account security and activities under your account.
We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
3. Platform rules
Companies must post lawful job offers and respect local labor laws.
Workers must not submit false identity, fake CVs, or impersonate others.
Rozgaro is a platform: we do not guarantee hiring outcomes or job availability.
4. Premium, billing, refunds
Rozgaro may offer premium plans for Workers and Companies. Pricing, features, and limits are shown at purchase time.
Auto-renew: subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
Cancel: you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Where you bought matters: if you subscribed via Apple/Google, cancellations and refunds follow Apple/Google policies.
Web payments (e.g., Paysera): refunds follow our Refund Policy tab.
5. User content
You keep ownership of your content (CVs, job posts, messages) but grant Rozgaro a limited license
to host, display, and process it to operate the Service.
6. Prohibited conduct
Illegal content, discrimination, harassment, threats, or exploitation.
Spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing paywalls/security.
Posting malware, phishing links, or trying to access other accounts.
7. Intellectual property
Rozgaro branding, design, and software are protected. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation,
or specific hiring results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozgaro is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits,
or damages arising from employer-worker disputes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to Rozgaro
in the last 3 months (or the minimum required by law).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations,
security risks, or legal compliance needs.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies
to run the Service, keep you signed in, and improve performance.
Analytics (optional): understand usage patterns (may be anonymized/aggregated).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note: disabling necessary cookies may break core features.

This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how refunds are processed for purchases made on Rozgaro.
This policy applies to web payments (e.g., Paysera) and clarifies that in-app purchases
are handled by the relevant app store.

2. Eligibility
System failure: if a paid premium feature was not delivered due to a proven platform error, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, we will correct it (refund or credit).
Unauthorized payment: if you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Used service: if premium features were used, partial or no refunds may apply (unless required by mandatory consumer law).
3. Web payments (Paysera) refunds
For payments made on the Rozgaro website via Paysera (or other online payment methods),
refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may ask for evidence such as transaction IDs,
screenshots, and account email to verify the request.
Request window: submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge, unless local law requires a different period.
Refund method: refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Fees: payment provider fees may be non-refundable, unless required by law or provider policy.
4. Apple App Store / Google Play
If you purchased a subscription or premium feature through Apple App Store or Google Play,
cancellations and refunds must be requested directly through that store, and are subject to their rules.
Rozgaro cannot manually refund those transactions.
5. Processing times
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days,
depending on your bank/payment provider. Some cases may take longer if additional verification is required.
6. Chargebacks & abuse
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account during investigation.
Repeated chargeback abuse, fraud attempts, or policy violations may lead to permanent suspension.
