Gizlilik Politikası

This Gizlilik Politikası explains how Rozgaro (“Rozgaro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile apps, and services (the “Service”).

Summary (plain language)

  • We collect account, profile, job, and usage data to run the platform.
  • Payments are processed by payment providers (e.g., Paysera / app store billing). We don’t store full card numbers.
  • You can request access, deletion, correction, or portability of your data.
  • We use security measures, but no system is 100% risk-free.

2. Data we collect

  • Account & identity: name, email, phone (optional), password hash, role (Worker/Company).
  • Profile data: CV/resume details, skills, education, work history, portfolio links, company details, job listings.
  • Communications: messages inside the platform, support tickets, feedback.
  • Usage data: device info, log data, IP address, browser type, app version, pages visited, time stamps.
  • Location (optional): only if you enable location features (e.g., map-based search).
  • Payment metadata: transaction status, subscription plan, timestamps, billing country. (Hayır full card data stored by us.)

3. How we use data

  • Provide and operate the Service (accounts, matching, search, messaging, job applications).
  • Improve safety (fraud prevention, abuse detection, account security).
  • Provide premium features (subscriptions, invoicing, access gating).
  • Customer support and communications.
  • Analytics and product improvements (aggregated insights).
  • Legal compliance (tax, accounting, dispute handling, lawful requests).

4. Legal bases (GDPR-style)

Depending on your location, we process personal data under one or more legal bases, such as: contract performance (to provide the service), consent (optional features like marketing), legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse), and legal obligations (accounting, compliance).

5. Sharing & processors

We share data only as needed:

  • Service providers: hosting, databases, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools.
  • Payment providers: e.g., Paysera, Apple App Store billing, Google Play billing.
  • Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: if Rozgaro is involved in a merger/acquisition (with notice where required).

6. Payments & subscriptions

Premium purchases may be processed via: Paysera (web card payments / e-banking) and/or Apple/Google in-app subscriptions (when purchased in the app). We receive payment confirmation and subscription status, but we do not store full card details.

  • Billing info: you may receive invoices/receipts from the payment provider/app store.
  • Refunds: web payments follow our İade Politikası tab; app store purchases are handled by Apple/Google policies.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data unless retention is required by law (e.g., accounting records).

We use technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or request portability of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children

Rozgaro is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher age threshold, that higher threshold applies. If we learn we collected data from a child without required consent, we will delete it.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Rozgaro (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for account security and activities under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Platform rules

  • Companies must post lawful job offers and respect local labor laws.
  • Workers must not submit false identity, fake CVs, or impersonate others.
  • Rozgaro is a platform: we do not guarantee hiring outcomes or job availability.

4. Premium, billing, refunds

Rozgaro may offer premium plans for Workers and Companies. Fiyatlandırma, features, and limits are shown at purchase time.

  • Auto-renew: subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
  • İptal: you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Where you bought matters: if you subscribed via Apple/Google, cancellations and refunds follow Apple/Google policies.
  • Web payments (e.g., Paysera): refunds follow our İade Politikası tab.

5. User content

You keep ownership of your content (CVs, job posts, messages) but grant Rozgaro a limited license to host, display, and process it to operate the Service.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal content, discrimination, harassment, threats, or exploitation.
  • Spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing paywalls/security.
  • Posting malware, phishing links, or trying to access other accounts.

7. Intellectual property

Rozgaro branding, design, and software are protected. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific hiring results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozgaro is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from employer-worker disputes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to Rozgaro in the last 3 months (or the minimum required by law).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, or legal compliance needs.

İade Politikası

This İade Politikası explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how refunds are processed for purchases made on Rozgaro. This policy applies to web payments (e.g., Paysera) and clarifies that in-app purchases are handled by the relevant app store.

2. Eligibility

  • System failure: if a paid premium feature was not delivered due to a proven platform error, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, we will correct it (refund or credit).
  • Unauthorized payment: if you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
  • Used service: if premium features were used, partial or no refunds may apply (unless required by mandatory consumer law).

3. Web payments (Paysera) refunds

For payments made on the Rozgaro website via Paysera (or other online payment methods), refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may ask for evidence such as transaction IDs, screenshots, and account email to verify the request.

  • Request window: submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge, unless local law requires a different period.
  • Refund method: refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
  • Fees: payment provider fees may be non-refundable, unless required by law or provider policy.

4. Apple App Store / Google Play

If you purchased a subscription or premium feature through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellations and refunds must be requested directly through that store, and are subject to their rules. Rozgaro cannot manually refund those transactions.

5. Processing times

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider. Some cases may take longer if additional verification is required.

6. Chargebacks & abuse

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account during investigation. Repeated chargeback abuse, fraud attempts, or policy violations may lead to permanent suspension.

Is Rozgaro a product or a project?
It is a serious product platform currently in the development stage.
Do I need to enter card details for the trial?
Evet. To prevent spam and verify users, a card is required to start the free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings without being charged if done before the trial expires.
When will mobile apps be available?
We are currently developing our native mobile apps for iOS and Android. They will be launched soon. For now, our web platform is fully responsive and mobile-friendly.
Is my payment information secure?
Evet. We use industry-standard encryption and compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Can I switch roles later?
Currently, an account is tied to a specific role (Worker or Company) to optimize the dashboard experience. To switch, you would need to create a new account with a different email.
Is Rozgaro available globally?
Evet, our platform is designed to connect workers and companies from anywhere in the world, subject to local internet regulations.
Which payment provider is used?
We are in the process of finalizing integration with Bank and other major payment gateways to ensure smooth Euro transactions.
